سياسة الخصوصية — Respark OS

توضّح هذه السياسة كيف تتعامل ريسبارك للحلول الرقمية («ريسبارك»، «نحن») مع البيانات عند استخدام تطبيق Respark OS، وهو لوحة تشغيل داخلية خاصة تتصل بمتجر التاجر على منصة زد.

1. البيانات التي نصل إليها

بعد موافقة التاجر على تثبيت التطبيق، نقرأ من متجره — بصلاحية قراءة فقط — البيانات التالية:

الطلبات والمرتجعات: أرقام الطلبات وحالاتها ومبالغها وطرق الشحن والدفع (اسم الطريقة فقط).
العملاء: الاسم ورقم الجوال والبريد الإلكتروني والمدينة وسجل الطلبات ونقاط الولاء.
المنتجات والفئات والمخزون والأسعار.
السلال المتروكة والكوبونات.
البيانات الأساسية للمتجر (الاسم والعملة).

لا نصل إلى بيانات البطاقات البنكية أو معلومات الدفع الحساسة، ولا تتيحها زد للتطبيقات أصلاً. ولا ينشئ التطبيق أو يعدّل أي طلب أو منتج أو بيانات عميل في المتجر.

2. لماذا نستخدمها

نستخدم البيانات فقط لتقديم الخدمة للتاجر نفسه: عرض تقارير المبيعات والمخزون، وإدارة علاقات العملاء وبرنامج الولاء، ومتابعة السلال المتروكة، داخل لوحة لا يدخلها إلا فريق التاجر المخوَّل. لا نبيع البيانات، ولا نستخدمها للإعلان، ولا نشاركها مع أي طرف لأغراضه الخاصة.

3. من يصل إليها

موظفو التاجر الذين يمنحهم التاجر حساباً، وكلٌّ يرى فقط الأقسام المسموحة لدوره الوظيفي.
فريق ريسبارك الفني، بالقدر اللازم للتشغيل والدعم وإصلاح الأعطال.

4. أين تُخزَّن ومن يعالجها

نستعين بمزوّدي بنية تحتية يعالجون البيانات نيابةً عنا وفق تعليماتنا فقط:

Supabase — قاعدة البيانات وتسجيل الدخول (مركز بيانات AWS في مومباي، الهند).
Cloudflare R2 — ملفات الوسائط التي يرفعها فريق التاجر (داخل الاتحاد الأوروبي).
Vercel — استضافة واجهة اللوحة.

تُنقل البيانات مشفّرة (HTTPS)، وتُحمى في قاعدة البيانات بصلاحيات على مستوى الصفوف، وتُحفظ رموز الوصول إلى زد في الخادم فقط ولا تصل إلى متصفح المستخدم.

5. مدة الاحتفاظ والحذف

نحتفظ بالبيانات طوال مدة تثبيت التطبيق واستمرار الخدمة.
عند إلغاء تثبيت التطبيق نوقف المزامنة ونحذف رموز الوصول فوراً، ونحذف بيانات المتجر خلال 30 يوماً ما لم يطلب التاجر كتابياً الاحتفاظ بها.
يمكن للتاجر طلب تصدير بياناته أو حذفها في أي وقت عبر وسيلة التواصل أدناه.

6. حقوق العملاء النهائيين

التاجر هو المسؤول عن بيانات عملائه، ونحن نعالجها نيابةً عنه. إذا رغب أحد عملاء المتجر في الاطلاع على بياناته أو تصحيحها أو حذفها، فنساعد التاجر على تنفيذ ذلك.

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة، وننشر أي تعديل في هذه الصفحة مع تاريخ التحديث.

This policy explains how Respark Digital Solutions ("Respark", "we") handles data when a merchant uses Respark OS, a private internal operations dashboard that connects to the merchant's store on Zid.

1. Data we access

After the merchant approves the installation, we read the following from their store with read-only access:

Orders and returns: order numbers, statuses, amounts, shipping and payment method (method name only).
Customers: name, mobile number, email, city, order history and loyalty points.
Products, categories, inventory and prices.
Abandoned carts and coupons.
Basic store details (name, currency).

We do not access card numbers or sensitive payment information, which Zid does not expose to apps. The app never creates or changes orders, products or customer data in the store.

2. Why we use it

Solely to provide the service to the merchant: sales and inventory reporting, customer relationship and loyalty management, and abandoned-cart follow-up, inside a dashboard accessible only to the merchant's authorised team. We do not sell the data, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone for their own purposes.

3. Who can access it

Merchant staff given an account by the merchant; each sees only the sections allowed for their role.
Respark's technical team, only as needed to operate, support and fix the service.

4. Where it is stored and who processes it

We use infrastructure providers that process data on our behalf and only on our instructions:

Supabase — database and sign-in (AWS data centre in Mumbai, India).
Cloudflare R2 — media files uploaded by the merchant's team (within the European Union).
Vercel — hosting of the dashboard interface.

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), protected in the database by row-level access rules, and Zid access tokens are kept server-side only and never reach the user's browser.

5. Retention and deletion

We keep data for as long as the app is installed and the service is active.
When the app is uninstalled, we stop syncing and delete access tokens immediately, and delete the store's data within 30 days unless the merchant asks in writing for it to be kept.
The merchant may request an export or deletion of their data at any time via the contact below.

6. End-customer rights

The merchant is responsible for their customers' data, and we process it on the merchant's behalf. If a store customer wants to access, correct or delete their data, we help the merchant fulfil the request.

We may update this policy and will publish any change on this page with the update date.
